Emily Wick joined CBSG in March 2012. She earned a
Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Writing. After graduation, she spent a year in Tofte, MN, completing a term
of service with Conservation Corps Minnesota, where she learned to fight
wildfire, control invasive species, and stimulate white pine growth on
Minnesota’s North Shore. Emily now plans to use her writing and editing
background to assist with member communications, edit the newsletter and Annual
Report, handle CBSG's social media, and update the CBSG website. She hopes to learn all she can about
species conservation in the process. She lives in Saint Paul, MN.
